Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use govern sandcloud.xin, related apps, and other Sand CloudD digital experiences (the “Platform”). They form an agreement between you and Cabrillo Coast Goods LLC (“Sand CloudD”, “we”, “us”).

The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may post updates here; continued use after a post means you accept the new version.

Using the shop

You must be able to form a contract in your state. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms service, or post content you do not have rights to. Product photos, names, and copy are ours or our licensors’.

Orders

Listing a price is an invitation to offer. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the parcel out of San Diego.

Intellectual property

Sand CloudD word marks, towel artwork, and site design stay with Cabrillo Coast Goods LLC. Licensed characters on collab goods remain with their owners.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid for the goods at issue. Some states do not allow certain limits; those limits do not apply there.

Disputes

These Terms follow California law, without regard to conflict rules. Individual claims related to the Platform are resolved in San Diego County courts or, where the law requires, individual arbitration — not class actions — to the fullest extent permitted.
