Shipping Policy

Sand CloudD ships from San Diego. We aim to hand parcels to the carrier within 3–4 business days. Weekend and holiday orders leave the next working day.

Domestic orders typically arrive in 4–7 business days, or 7–10 during a sale. International orders average 15–21 business days (18–25 during a sale). Rates are calculated from the destination you enter at checkout. We ship worldwide where carriers allow.

We follow the address on the order. Confirmations go out so you can catch a typo. Lost or held parcels from a bad address are not our liability. If a domestic package returns to us as undeliverable, we will help reroute or refund merchandise after the inbound scan.

Customs, duties, and extra foreign carrier fees are the customer’s. If a parcel is not collected at customs and comes back, we refund the goods minus outbound shipping and do not resend.
